Application information may include your name, preferred name, email address, phone number, location, social profile or handle, referral source, written application responses, group information you choose to provide, and your consent selections.
How we use it
We use application information to review requests for event access, verify applicants, administer invitations, communicate event information, protect event and community safety, prevent abuse or fraud, and maintain records connected to admission decisions. Marketing communications are optional and tied to the separate opt-in on the form.
Selection criteria and protected information
The application is intended to assess event fit, community standards, verification, safety, and capacity. Applicants should not submit sensitive information about race, religion, disability, medical history, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics unless it is voluntarily relevant to an accommodation request. Selection decisions should not be based on protected characteristics.
Service providers
We may use hosting, form-processing, communications, ticketing, security, analytics, and event operations providers to process information on our behalf for the purposes described above.
Retention and security
We keep application data only as long as reasonably necessary for review, event administration, safety, recordkeeping, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the service.
