Effective date: August 25, 2026. These terms govern use of the NOCTURNE Festival website and invitation process operated by Wild Ones LLC.
Applications are requests, not reservations
Submitting an application does not create a right to attend, hold inventory, reserve a ticket, or guarantee approval. Applications may be accepted or declined based on lawful event criteria including capacity, verification, community standards, safety, and operational requirements.
Invitation access
Invitation codes and private ticket links are confidential, may be limited or single-use, and are intended only for the approved recipient. Sharing, reselling, duplicating, circumventing, or attempting to automate access may result in cancellation or denied admission.
Tickets and event terms
Any ticket purchase is also subject to the ticketing provider’s terms, venue requirements, event-specific rules, age restrictions if applicable, and any terms presented at checkout or before entry. Admission-refund eligibility is separate from drink-package policy. If a refundable admission portion is canceled while a non-refundable package is attached, only the eligible admission amount may be refunded; the package charge remains non-refundable and its event entitlement is forfeited when the admission ticket becomes invalid.
Drink packages
The Six-Drink Package and Unlimited Drinking Water Package are FINAL SALE / NON-REFUNDABLE. They cannot be refunded, exchanged, prorated, transferred, converted to account credit, or redeemed for cash, including unused or unredeemed package benefits, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Purchase requires an affirmative acknowledgment of this policy before checkout. Packages are tied to the named ticket holder and may not be transferred or shared. The Six-Drink Package is available only to guests who are 21 or older and present valid photo identification; each credit covers one eligible beer, well cocktail, or non-alcoholic substitute, while premium cocktails require the stated upgrade payment. Unused drink credits expire when event bar service ends. Possession of drink credits never guarantees alcohol service: bartenders may delay or refuse service to comply with law, licensing conditions, safety requirements, and responsible-service judgment. The Unlimited Drinking Water Package is personal to the registered ticket holder and applies only during festival operating hours.
Changes and cancellations
Event details, programming, lineup, location, schedule, access conditions, and availability may change. Any admission-refund rights are governed by the terms associated with the applicable ticket purchase and event announcement. The drink-package final-sale policy remains separate from admission-refund eligibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Conduct
Guests must comply with the NOCTURNE Code of Conduct, venue rules, staff instructions, and applicable law. Access may be denied or revoked for violations.
Site use
Do not probe, scrape, interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, invitation system, forms, or ticket pathways.
Intellectual property
NOCTURNE branding, artwork, logos, site design, event materials, and associated content are owned by or licensed to Wild Ones LLC and may not be commercially reproduced without authorization.
